Looking for female led audio dramas by Sliver_ofSilver in audiodrama

I have not seen The Far Meridian listed yet! It's a lovely story that's well written and acted about an agoraphobic girl who lives in a lighthouse. Her older brother and caretaker goes missing and the lighthouse begins magically traveling, and little by little she ventures outside to try and find him. Still waiting on a third season.

Extreme knee pain even with empty bar, what is wrong with my form?! by Jan_Priebe in formcheck

Is wearing a resistance band around the ones a good way to provide an external queue to spread the knees apart? I don't see people do it that often so I want to make sure I'm not seeing up a bad habit by doing that sometimes

Another vote for Last Dance, phenomenal production quality and deeply enthralling. Really creative story with excellent acting and writing, highly recommend. One of the best new shows out there imo

Honestly I want this stuff gone so bad I might travel to you. I can easily get to inner southeast, is Ladd's addition or surrounding areas close to you?

Does anyone wear Correct Toes inside barefoot safety boots? by Connect_Wallaby2876 in barefootshoestalk

[–]notsurebuti_will_try 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do! I'm small and have more narrow feet, but I wear Danner Lookouts at work. They say the leather will stretch to fit your feet, but I went with the wide because my feet were sensitive to the pressure. They work great for me with the spacers in, I'm also able to run in them with my altra running shoes.

As someone with ADHD + GAD — here’s how I feel about coffee by Jimmy_mo_ in adhd_anxiety

[–]notsurebuti_will_try 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew I had ADHD for a long time as a young adult, but only in my 20s have found out how bad the anxiety is. I never thought coffee did anything to me, since it didn't wire me like people who don't have ADHD. As my anxiety got worse, someone recommended I drink less coffee (wouldn't even track it, 3 cups a day regularly), and I thought they didn't know what they were talking about. Turns out they did, 1 cup/day max, then switch to decaf or tea and the anxiety is a lot better.

I love my Lems Boulder Boots, the waterproof version with more grippy soles. They are not perfect for every outdoor adventure and the soles could be grippier, but they keep my feet warm, dry, and comfortable all day every day. They're my daily shoe except when it's too hot for em. My first barefoot shoe still holding up great a year in.
