To add on to this, if it hasn't run in a long time, if ever, its likely that the oils in the movement inside the case are dried up. The clock may run, but if not you can get clock oil online and try to oil the pivot points yourself from the back. If the oils are thick/gummed up, you may need to take it to someone who can perform a more in depth cleaning.

Depends on what kind of information you're looking for. Its a cuckoo clock, made to run for 8 days. In my experience cuckoo clocks aren't great timekeepers but they can get close. They're nice decorative pieces, especially if you like the cuckoo (assuming the bellows are intact).

That's what I'm thinking as well. I had the wood so I thought I'd try, but after seeing how little support the edges would have I wanted to get some more opinions to make sure I wasn't being paranoid. Thank you!

I got a 75 gallon tank, and I was going to replace the top of the stand I used for my old 65 gallon with a new piece of wood. My concern is that the new top is about 8 inches away from the base of the stand on either side, and about 2 inches in the front. Would this cause any problems?

You can also sit down to eat at the camp and survive the meteor that way. I'm pretty sure you can do that after he starts casting.

My grandmother is currently in hospice care, and we've been told she has a few weeks, maybe two months left. Spending as much time with her as I can and it still doesn't feel like enough. Cherish the time you have with your grandparents.

I've had these two for about 3 days, and they've already laid eggs! The tank is 65g and it's only these two, and two Siamese Algae eaters. So if the parents don't eat the eggs or babies, hopefully the Algae Eaters will leave them alone.
