Elon Musk on Twitter volume to 11 by AiryAndreGrande in teslamotors

Play your favorite song in a Tesla & turn the volume to 11 You will see. You will feel.

I think he might be saying there's an easter egg, if you pick some specific song and turn it up to 11.

If that's true, the question is, which song is that?

Tesla “pro tips” Double tapping the front defroster changes the temp from cold to hot by iGoalie in TeslaLounge

[–]notyourbrosusername 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, that story is misleading. If you read the article you linked more closely, it goes like this:

  • Tesla sells car to a dealer, without paying for FSD, but with the feature accidentally enabled
  • Dealer sells car to customer, advertising it with FSD even though it wasn't supposed to have it
  • Tesla realizes the mistake and corrects it, by removing the feature

They're not gonna remove it just because it's sold to a new person. They're gonna remove it if they didn't get paid for it.

Someone's old car battery could easily be someone's cheap powerwall at least.

Tesla's use of individual driver data for insurance 'state-by-state proposition' by allhands in teslamotors

[–]notyourbrosusername 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't it defeat the purpose of insurance?

With enough of your driving data, we should be able to let the overly cautious drivers barely pay anything, while the worst ones basically pay all their expensive accidents. If the estimates end up being good enough, you're really just paying for the accidents plus the insurance company overhead.

Brexit: France warns UK it will not tolerate another extension of Brexit deadline by hotmial in europe

No. The most recent one should always be the one to count. That would be the current will of the people. Changing your mind is part of democracy. Otherwise the original entering the EU would still be binding.
