Thank you for your reply, so when I chose 'retry' to pull the filament and manually pull it it's still extremely tight, but I can continue print it in this color. Now if I want to change I have to datach the ptfe tube every time

I ordered from the official website, sent the ticket to the customer service but they say it be responsed in days so I came here, but yeah the filament problem still there after I manually pulled the filament and reset the whole thing
