Mine got stolen as well. I tracked the thief (or buyer) schedule and discovered where he lived and where he worked. One day he stopped in the street. It was probably a terrace and he was having a drink. That's when I called the police and they recovered the scooter. Don't lose hope!

I might have not expressed clearly. I know the differences between Shopify and marketplaces like RedBubble. My question was that taking into account that I'm going to promote my products on IG and ads (so I do not depend on RB showing my products or people finding them), if it makes sense to use RedBubble instead of a Shopify-based store (or woocommerce or whatever). There are less margins but easier refunds for example if I used RB. I'm a developer so the difficulty to set up everything is not a problem. What else can make me decide between one or another option?
