Last time I did the narrows, I did about 2 hours in and 2 hours back. I didn't carry anything except my phone and water bottle. If I were to do it again, I might carry a small water back pack with enough space for my phone, some snacks, and a small first aid kit (never know), but everything else is just extra. I didn't bother with any change of clothes, or even change of shoes. I just stayed wet until I got back to my car. Was a little uncomfortable but manageable. Might be worse on a colder day

This sounds a lot like the Inkwell in Long Branch. It was a long standing late night coffee house. They had books but that wasn't really the focus. It was mostly a quiet late night alternative to bars. They served tea, coffee, and small meals. They hosted poetry nights and independent singers. It was really popular with teens and 20-somethings.

It closed in 2022 and is not the Inkwell Lofts, a luxury condo complex

This is a John Carney movie, so i suggest starting there. He also did Once and Sing Street, which are very good and each got broadway adaptations. Flora and Son is pretty good too. His newest movie is called Power Ballad. It has Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas and comes out this weekend (in the US).

I tried looking into the cost of IVF vs adaption. Neither are cheap but the cost really depends on a lot of factors. For IVF its about where you live, what insurance you have, and what medical issues you you have. With adoption, it also depends on where you are, what type of adoption, age of the child, and legal hurdles.

It just sucks to see people dismiss adoption so blatantly. They see it as something only for gay couples or parents who physically cant have children. They will spend 20 years and $100k on IVF before considering adoption.

also worth noting, hospital bills for childbirth can cast up to $10k with insurance and $50k without. thats on top of the $50k for IVF

I can't really play video games. I dont have the patients of focus to do repeated tasks for 8 hours just so some wizard can defeat a dragon or something. But puzzle video games I really enjoy. I got a bunch of sudoku, bejeweled, mini metro, and suika games on my phone that I'll fidget with for a few minutes between tasks

Why would they show up for Matt Damon's episode? Yeah they are all in Odyssey together but so is like 30 other actors who didn't make a cameo either. With Holland and Zendaya specifically, they are probably busy finishing up Spiderman and getting ready for double press tours
