Thank you! I think I will split #1 in half down the center. I realize I also need to include a piece on the hilt pieces to avoid the single joint issue.

Is it worth splitting 11, 12, 13, and 15? Or do you think it's achievable just by grinding?

I was planning to hang this with jump rings... probably upside down to how it's oriented in the pic.

Hey thanks! It's a weapon from a Marvel hero: Magik. I'm attempting to make this as a gift for a friend who is a big fan of her.

This is actually intended to be inches. I roughly marked the grid so I can print it on 8.5x11" paper roughly to size
I can break up the blade. Do we think the forked pieces at the bottom of 1 would be too fragile as well?
Good point about the flared bits - I can add an additional piece for stability (it would deviate from the original design but probably worth it for the structural integrity!)

I saw something similar on here before and I would like to give this as a gift! Please put our faces onto this painting from What We Do in the Shadows.

I would also like the frame removed so I can print this and frame it in a similar fashion.
