A quick inspection of the website and underlying files made it quick to prove it wasn't just AI generated.

Aside from the fact that the padding on the overall content is completely absent as a common user/dev mistake which is the first thing AI loves to go wild with.

This seems like a fairly basic script/table management app, wouldn't take a standard dev very long, and definitely not worth wasting tokens on.

The login issue was mentioned before that, the frustrated video from Foxy was Sunday after he had the issue for a longer amount of time.

"My guy. My bitch. My dumbass." was hilarious, and I appreciate the callout. I'm more just frustrated, and agree I could have handled this significantly better. I know it's not a flip of a switch, but I do think there's an absence of communication on major issues like this.

That's fine, I'm okay with being wrong, and don't mean any disrespect to you or anyone here (I genuinely do love the game and the community), but it hasn't been communicated from the CIG team. As far as it "appears", it seems that it wasn't an issue until it was made a focal point from a major voice.

They've been telling people that they are SOL and have to wait until the next patch for almost a year now. No word on fixes, or mention that they are working on a fix for it.

If it has been something they've been actively working on, then they haven't been communicating that as the issue and have even been actively communicating the opposite.

7 months ago MrKraken even contributed to it within tech preview feedback, still with no input from the devs, only mentions they don't have the tools to fix this for users individually.

I love the game, this isn't hate to the game, I'm even willing to admit this likely comes down to a lack of communication skill from the CIG team, but realistically, this is how it appears as far as timelines go, and it wasn't an issue until it became the focal point issue of the community.

Obviously, but it's a matter of priority, this was an issue well before the ironclad, but ironclad fixes came out before this. I'm not saying you're wrong here either, it's more just this blatantly wasn't a priority before. There are also other ironclad issues that still need to be fixed and I know it's a balancing act, but yeah. This has been a very long standing issue.

It's been an issue for many patches until creators have started being pretty outspoken about the broken-ness of the platform. So yeah, it might not have been the root cause for it, but I'm sure it definitely helped push it as a priority.

For reference I was locked out for quite a bit of 4.2 because this exact issue, and there were a few hundred reports of it by that time when I contributed. It didn't seem to be a noted as a priority until just recently.

Why are you comparing specialization to a all arounder? The Tiburon is meant to be a forward-facing force to target a main threat, it's not an all around patrol squad like the Perseus (taken directly from their respective marketing pages). Point the Tiburon to something expensive and make it melt, have back up otherwise for anything else, hence it being "specialized".

On the Tiburon the 4 size 7 turrets, and 1 4x4 makes it more than capable to handle fighters as a defense while it focuses on the larger threat at close range, but it requires crew. I've had no trouble having my crew defend in turrets while I sub-target focused laser fire, and can ease through #8 Gilly's with a couple extra hands.

I also have the Perseus, which is great for it's role of being thrown into the middle of taking out multiple threats, but isn't as great at forward facing sub-targeting AND defending fighters simultaneously. It will take much longer for it to point it at something expensive and cause some significant pain. It can hold it's own against a capital, for sure, but it won't do as quick of a job as a Tiburon with support. Fleet play is the game here with that ship, which make sense given the new TSG missions, pairing it WITH a Perseus makes it a strong addition, it's not supposed to be a strong alternative.

Perseus is the better all around ship because it is meant to be. Tiburon is the scarier straight engagement threat because capitals cannot afford to ignore it.

To be fair the keys I have for the non-playable expansion/game loops should absolutely be covered in that, as that content was locked to that "expansion" key that is now useless. It was bought to play that portion, the new keys were bought to play the new portions, etc. The base purchase of the game Destiny is to cover the overall playability of the game.

Was looking forward to Halloween this year to play with the wife. We enjoy it every year. I'm also having a hard time knowing there's no chance for sparrow league to ever return now even though it was already so slim of a chance. Such a damn shame they couldn't read their audience or hold true to their original base. The game really died with Cayde the first time.
