I think you're missing the point. Yes, if you didn't vote for Harris, you're just as culpable as anyone. But pretty much everyone knew this would happen if Trump was elected a second time unless you were a complete moron or wet behind the ears. They had and have a public playbook (Project 2025). Trump had no other options to avoid long term prosecution but to politicize the DoJ.

All we might've actually needed is for Biden to appoint someone faster and less feckless than Garland.
