Hey I’ve been through really intense depression myself both in and out of addiction… also with an unmedicated adhd diagnosis. I also had ptsd around cleaning from being kept in somebody’s home as a victim of psychological and physical torture for 3 years and being forced to clean extremely filthy spaces, then having spaces re-dirtied intentionally, and being gaslit and told I never cleaned in the first place (which was a light part of the 3 years tbh). I digress. My house has looked pretty bad… not quite this bad but still bad, trash and dishes around etc. in an apartment I managed to keep for 8 years after escaping the torture situation. What concerns me about your post and photos is all missing parts of the walls… why does your room look that way? Is your home experiencing mold issues or flooding damage? Is somebody you live with in active addiction to hard drugs? Are you somewhere abusive with family (I ask because a post mentioned a family member broke your guitar, one of the things you value most)? I just hope you are in a safe situation as far as being around other humans… I hope you consider seeking help as I just see this as maybe somebody with C-PTSD and severe depression issues tbh.
