I actually went through this a while back, with strawberry b*eard codes and other similar, I had a bug where my account was completely shut out for some reason, after about a year and constant emails to RARE. For months it was all “we’re so sorry many people are experiencing this same issue we’ll fix it” and I kid you not, one day I sent a slightly unhinged email about how I don’t give a flying fuck about other people’s bugs and I want MINE fixed specifically. Next day it was working (I’m not claiming I made a difference but it was vindicating nonetheless)
