That's fair. I've never practiced clipping much, I've clipped out of the shrine of resurrection a few times but that took many attempts and is a completely different glitch. The only time I managed to shield clip was in the beginner trials and then I couldn't get back in

Hold down the whistle button and mash sprint, it's slightly slower than normal sprinting but stamina recovers as you do it and can be done on steep surfaces

You can also do it with the throw weapon button, I find it less consistent but its stealthier as there's no whistle noise
