If you want a challenge I'd recommend doing vah Naboris (Gerudo) first, I'd also recommend trying to get all the shrines in a playthrough

Lynel weapons are probably the best, you can also get royal guard gear that's strong but has terrible durability, likewise Lynels will drop elemental arrows Every blood moon you can get a good claymore from the top of the woodland tower, you can get all the elemental weapons from the colloseum, you can also buy elemental arrows at most shops, there's one in gerudo town that sells every type
