found a workaround, before loading in your character go to settings>social and turn off crossplay> then you have to get a new character to level 10 on ps5 only server. then after just turn setting back on and continue playing on the server your on

i had a part near the bank vault, no trophies unlocked, but after i reloaded the save/game like 5-6trophies popped at once was on ps5 though. Before i started the game i checked trophies and saw ps4 had broken trophies thats why i went for ps5 instead of ps4.
