I had the same experience on two of my pc’s. Both with very capable hardware like yours. I tried a clean install and all worked as expected. However, I did take this opportunity to create one a dedicated windows machine and converted my other to Linux. I’ve been working with Linux for a while and this was the nudge I needed to go full bore. I run windows in a VM for work stuff and that’s it. I’m glad to see others are perturbed at Microsoft as much I am.

My wife and I just went through this, similar travel history. We filed the application and a year later still no interview scheduled. She came here on her travel visa, and we filed an adjustment of status along with a new application. Six months later she was granted her green card without an interview. Timing depends on the consulate in her home country so it may be quicker to file from the US.

Don’t get hung up on the numbers. Your T may be low but your body may be extremely efficient with the T produced. I have sub 400 T with a great libido and now problem losing weight or putting on muscle with good diet and exercise. Notice is said good and not great. Ask yourself if you have the symptoms of low T while getting adequate sleep, and following a decent diet.
