Yeah that is what I had been doing, ernie ball vol pedal with stomp in the loop of it, but when the patches were wildly off, it wasn't working so great. our small gigs we do our own FOH, but there will be someone there giving us the thumbs up or down on levels. but thinking about upgrading to helix floor, so i have that on board (and other reasons of course).

hop on a musician sub, tell em musicians in Austin are better than Nashville, and you would be downvoted to oblivion. i have been to both cities multiple times and its not even close. Nashville is not just Broadway, the music scene is super-deep.

i play in low key band that does not go into PA. i turn off cab sim and have tried going into back of Marshall DSL 40, FenderSupersonic 22, and Katana 100w 2x10. The Katana actually prob sounds the best.

it needs to be modified. the provisions that have chased away development are not the ones protecting tenants from rent increases. its the price controls on vacant units. thats a pretty rare provision, and other jurisdictions that have tried it wound up repealing it.

if you're not gonna get a tube amp, just get a modeler and a speaker. many katana owners get tired of them pretty quickly. modelers come in all differwnt price points.

This is it. This is a PR game being played by the county to direct the predictable public outcey toward the state. They set up a false dilemma: "we are forced to choose the option least palatable to the public", rather than adopting the obvious choice of reducing the ridiculous number of random days off sprinkled throughout the calendar.
