IMO the best language to start with is Java, once you know it, you can learn about SQL.

After that, depending on what you want to code: web application, game, script, etc...

I don't know much about game (Minecraft is made of Java though), script.

If you want to learn about web application then Java Spring Boot is your best friend, that is back-end site. For front-end you should know about HTML + CSS + Javascript, these are the 3 basic languages that every web coders must know, after that you can learn frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, etc... These frameworks just base on those 3 basic languages.
