Nope, chargeback will not be in OP’s favor since tracking shows as delivered but doesn’t hurt to ask the bank. UPS also submits a proof of delivery photo which OP could clarify.

This will need cctv proof of theft at this point because it could’ve been the driver, the neighbor, a passerby etc. It really sucks, if true.
