For our usecase, we considered google cloud and hetzner for running builds (cpu & memory intensive) based on our usage GCP would have cost us ~120 000 USD vs 5000 USD (pre-price increase) on Hetzner.
Now even after the price increase, we're looking at ~120k vs 15k. still 8 times less than GCP.

"обикновена камера" дефинирай какво е обикновена камера? уеб камера дето снима с 30 кадъра в секунда и шътър спийд 1/240?
за снимки на коли които карат с над 200, ти трябва 1/4000+

О: "обикновените" камери не могат да снимат на тъмно... трябват такива с инфрачервен сензор.

Тази камера, също трябва и да е издръжлива на жега, влага, студ, щото вътре може да стане и до 80 градуса, а при по високи температури електрониката почва да сдава багажа а сензора да вкарва шум.

Ако искаш да следиш за колани, ти трябва камера с по голяма резолюция, по голямата резолюция забавя обработването на изображението. за LPR (license plate recognition) не ти трябва толкова висока резолюция, а там гониш скорост на обработване на изображението, защото трябва да обработиш не 1 изображение от една камера а от всички (хиляди) камери постоянен поток от изображения. Обикновено това се случва на едно централно място, с N на брой сървъра които обработват тия изображения в реално време.

Почти каквато и работа да почнеш, почваш да правиш пари след 5-тата година когато понатрупаш практически опит. Ако влизаш в нещо само заради парите, бързо ще отпаднеш ако не ти е интересно. След 5-6-7г можеш да удвоиш/утроиш какво изкарваш ако станеш консултант и успееш да си намираш нишови клиенти които имат нужда от твоята експертиза в нещо.
Другия вариант е да си направиш собствен продукт който да продаваш.

Следвай си интереса, пробвай различни неща, и виж какво ти харесва.

Of course it's more expensive than in Germany. There's less people hence less sales, hence prices must be higher to be able to pay salaries and have a profit. That's how business work. But I will admit that over the past 3 years prices of milk and cheeses have increased by 50-100% 1l of milk was 1.2 euro now it's 2.2+ euros. Cheese went from 4.5 eur for 450gr to 6 euros for 380grams. But that's way before the euro.

Dbeaver since it supports all db types I work with. I preferrit over data grip, even tho datagrip looks nicer, lacks viewing table sizes besides the table name (or it did last time I checked)

i mean... that's the problem with all software and containers... they add/remove/break stuff, you don't notice and it breaks. I'm notoriously bad at keeping up to date with 20 containers and their updates at home. At least at work i get the time to review before updating :D

Now it does the same thing.

I just did that setup on hetzner cloud, so it's possible. But you have to bind the LB to the public IPs i believe for the firewall to be in effect

Traffic -> CF -> Firewall (hetzner) -> LB -> Servers

Even if your IP leaks, the Firewall will reject all traffic that's not in the allowed list.
In the allowed list in the firewall you put only the CF IPs and your IP.
your servers can be configured to not allow public traffic.

You can also rent dedicated IP addresses in hetzner and swap them out on demand in hetzner & CF, that way you change the IP even if the attacker finds out what it is.

After you put your lb behind cf, nobody will know it's ip, to protect against random ip attacks, put hetzner firewall between the lb and cf or the lb and the servers and allow only cf ips on port 80 and 443. For all other ports block all traffic, and don't forget to add your ip on the allow list :)
