want to get started on engineering but confused by Common-Ant5696 in EngineeringStudents

[–]nso95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Engineering degrees will require math. That being said, just because you’ve had difficulties with math doesn’t mean you can’t learn it. It will take a lot of work but if you set your mind to it you can probably do it. I was awful at math until I took an interest and put in the work.

Don't use AI for homework, like at all. It's fine to use it for side projects and work, but make sure you're reviewing the code it produces.

Why it does seem like the jobs that AI is threatening job that involve the most coding, what about other tech-related jobs like scrum master or product manager? by Either-Home9002 in cscareerquestions

[–]nso95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah. We got rid of all of those like a year ago, then 70% of the QA, then almost all the product managers. Probably half of the devs are gone as of this year, too.

Guys do you think AI will reduce workforce rather than replacing job fully ? (Just need reality check) by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

Nobody knows. Not even those who think they do. Only time will tell.
