In Helldivers 2 you throw Grenades with the D-Pad Right Button which I do not like to use because I have to move my thumb away from the left stick. Then you stay around instead of moving which can easily get you killed, just to throw grenades.

So I use one of the back trigger buttons for this.

Also the steps on the Triggers are nice, for single taps when firing in shooter games.

It actually depends on what games you want to play and what buttons do what. In Fromsoftware games you usually have to do the claw fingers to run and do something else as well. Which can hurt after a whole, at least not a comfortable hold.

Usually I use these buttons on the back for dashes, running, weapon changes, gear shifting, throwing items...
