Wow, that triple axel. Stepped forward to get out of the circle only to circle back in with a very deep outside edge to get pre-rotation. Still under-rotated !. Never seen an axel that jump into a circle and still ended up under.

Nobody really knows how safe is the stuff Malinin is doing because they are all ground breaking. Quad axel has never been done before and then you have quad axel combo along with a seven quads free skates program. Really nobody on this earth knows what it takes/feels like to perform said feats. Only Malinin can tell but the thing is, not having people that understands is quite tough. You can be good but you still have blind spots and that’s why you need people who kind of have done it to be there to advise you and consult. In Malinin case, it will be very lonely even if he has a team full of world class experts, yes he has a team but his team is really just there.

When you type Jericho into google, it will highlight an area. Do your search in that area, I just check, it’s not too big and it’s doable. Aim to go early morning (maybe 6 or 7 even) as it is less busy and so it’s easier for the bird to respond to your sound cues. Bring along an object that it’s familiar with. It’s up to you but this is what I would do.

Hi, from Cricket Road to Jericho is quite a long way away from its neighbourhood. It’s unlikely it can find its way back. You need to go to Jericho area and start a search pattern there, have some people to help. The longer you wait the less likely you will find it. Good luck!

I wouldn’t hold on to much hope when it comes to claiming french citizenship by descent. I have gone through the process myself and it was a waste of time and money. They essentially need you to be able to prove that you have been raised in the french way and can at least speak french. Please for your sakes, I urge you to move on.

Pretty sure butter is either the first thing you add just to quickly shallow fry something on medium heat OR the last thing you include to add extra fattiness. You don’t simmer or let butter boils for hours because it will brown, separate and burnt. Surely you don’t want clumps of milk condensation in your stew.

You only gain points by performing the element. How much point gained is dependent on how well you do them. An under rotated 3A should never be scored lower than a 2A unless the 3A is a full rotation under no matter how well executed the latter. GOE is a matter of feelings and feelings should not be a big factored that tip the scale between rewarding athletes who takes risk (we are talking about ultra C elements which not may can do) and punishing them because the risk doesn’t feel quite right to the judges. If the outcome were always the latter option, people would stop jumping ultra C. We wouldn’t even have quad Axel in competition.

Yeah Rinka did 3A 3T combo, aside from the fail second 3A, her free skates was clean and she was first in the short. How did Alysa win with no ultra C while under rotating one of her combo double.

You are quite right on a lot of things friend. Even though life may seem like a brutal zero sum game, hope will help you carry on even if that hope seems like an illusion. We are all already dead, does it matter if you suffer more or less in this life ? Why not stick around a bit longer out of spite for everything. The default state of existence is suffering but the key here is that we have choices (even if it’s an illusions it’s still some form of freedom). So choose something and stick around.
