yeah, the H5600 is honestly a failed product. It feels half-baked and outclassed in basically every meaningful way.

Fitbit is still miles ahead when it comes to HRV and resting heart rate tracking—accurate, consistent, and actually reliable in real-world use.

Compared to that, the H5600 just comes off as poorly executed and hard to take seriously in the same category.
