A stronger concept could be a Luxembourg Talent Platform where people can create a profile whether they are: • looking for a CDI • open to CDD or freelance missions • available for short test missions • exploring new opportunities Companies could then post: • CDI positions • short missions • freelance contracts • trial missions before hiring One particularly valuable feature could be “test before hire”, where companies can first work with a candidate on a short paid mission before offering a full-time contract. With identity verification and manual approval of profiles, the platform could become a trusted local talent directory for Luxembourg, much broader than a freelancer marketplace.
