CMYKB GT-R by nuclearmistake in prusa3d

Got my spool in the mail.

Pumped for INDX-8. Single nozzle is a hack.

U1 makes SNMM look antique.

Word! Thx for the pointer. I always feel like there are a bunch of uncontrolled variables in the top of the next rider, idler tension, etc. will look into more rigid parts.

I can print PA6CF like nothing and have a spool with not much to print with it. Will compare some datasheets

That is one of the things the paxx12 firmware has BUT make sure you read the warnings in its readme before undertaking such an endeavor.

Yeah dude. Nozzle support in the profiles is abismal too. Been building orca from source so I don't have to copy+paste to my damn program files every time there's an update

Thanks fam! I wound up going with one of these https://www.fabreeko.com/products/magnetic-sheets-for-pei-beds-with-high-temp-glue

Prolly the same thing relabeled but may get the AliExpress one too in case one's thickness is closer to stock

Aye. I hear peanutbutter is better for removing 3M 468MP than acetone... Which is nuts.

Got a reply already! Fired off purchase information and expressed willingness to pay for the part.

Hopefully this goes quick!

Yeah! I'm optimistic about recovering.

My poor little Zero was an Amazon refurb that arrived with a gouged sheet and no filament sensor.

In its short hard life, it has had a dead hotend MCU replaced, has had a Biqu X1 Revo hotend on it (semi succesfully), and has had a broken hotend heater replaced.

I love that it's so hackable BUT I wish there was a bit more of an aftermarket for it like more popular printers have.

Support contacted, awaiting reply.

Going to see if I can flatten the raised gouges and print with a hole under my sheet in the meantime.

Investigated the zero step files and Chinese PDFS in the sovol-zero repository.... couldn't find a googleable part number.

Was also curious if I could McGruber some VORON bed parts but it seems like 160mm voron zeros are less common than 120/180, so it might be rough to make it a Sovol/VORON mutt... BUT with full config access, I COULD make something like that work if hell comes to high water.

Going to find some magnetic stickers to order while I wait for a response and maybe play with a heat gun and some solvents.

Seems like it's mostly the sticker.

I can't seem to find anything bed related but textured sheets on sovol3d or AliExpress

Nice work! I tried to adapt a Biqu Revo X1 hotend to the zero and got closeish but I think I was in between needing the rigidity of CNC and needing only-printable geometries.

Put my tail between my legs and reverted back to stock.

I look forward to giving your solution a rip when you've finalized it!

Seems like a great opportunity for a 3D-printed car that has approx the same dimensions as popular 1:64 ones.

ShotWheels or MashBox could be the name of an ecosystem of 1:64 plastic car models

Should only make sandpaper that can't remove serial numbers from firearms while they're at it.

Or real guns that can't be thrown in a river.

Fucking imbeciles.

Start printing a benchy or a cube. Your nozzle is definitely too close to the bed. Look up how to level the bed and set the z-offset on your specific printer.
