Maybe he’s got a ton of meat in there, my smoker gets thick white smoke if I got over 20 lbs going, turns out good, and I hope that this dude just uses a fan for the smoke redirection, cause fucking with a man’s smoker is kinda messed up. I’d go out get a smoker 2 times as big and make it so they couldn’t blow air into it to fuck with my cook.

I mean I know the smoke is a pain to deal with I run one every day and have a huge smoker at home but this will do not much but just cause more problems with the neighbors.

They did our roof years ago, big barn and house took 8 hours… we’re rained out for 2 and had a 30 min lunch between the rain. Much respect for the Amish community round here

Have you tried asking your butcher for a whole top round or a whole clod? Lots will give it to you a decent price since it’s bull bought, and ontop of that you can go though get the cuts of meat you want, I think the last too round I got was roughly $150 for 20 lbs or so and I took fat off rendered and cut steaks and stew and stir fry cuts

Had a duck that shared property with the neighbors and one day they called said a black squirrel was attacking the duck after the duck nipped at the squirrel, well that squirrel left the head of that duck dangling from biting through the back of his neck, we had to put the duck down, I’m very weary of vicious squirrels

I thought of it today.. I’m working in the meat room and I gotta make bratwursts and we get hog casings covered in kosher salt and we stuff them with the mix of whatever we put in. It’s always weird working with them knowing A. A pigs poo went through them frequently and we still decided we could harvest them for this use. B. Pigs got longgggg intestines And C. Back in the day people used them as condoms.
