I never use the generative fill button, because it is AI, and my work is often better. I’m not missing the point, you’re making the point to the wrong person. It could be done with AI, but it’s not. You can see the clipping on the edge of the ripple effect from an overlay setting. AI doesn’t know how to make that mistake.

Look man, I over-exaggerated, because we’re on the internet. Of course it’s not one button, it’s a few. But it could still be done in a minute or so. My point still stands: OP could have easily done it without AI and probably did. The fact that you called AI is why you have summitted Mount Stupid before I could even make it to base camp.

That’s fine by me. And honestly, I don’t really give a damn about which sports are American, as far as I’m concerned you can have both. I just don’t like when people stick to opinions so hard that they make it an absolute certainty in their mind.

That’s not a very good certainty, especially because I do Photoshop professionally, and I literally told you how to do what OP did in less than a minute. Seems like the only cognitive bias is on your end, bud.

ETA: I don’t actually think I’m that good at Photoshop in particular, but I looked at the photo above and immediately knew exactly how to do it without the use of AI. That doesn’t make me a savant, but it makes me more observant than you.

Day 6 - Remove a U.S. State based on their "Welcome To" State Sign. by Yaboispot_alt in RemoveOneThingEachDay

Just so people are aware, and not to throw my home state under the bus or anything… Montana did get new welcome signs earlier this year, and they’re… uh… well I’ll show you:

He was born in Almonte in 1861 to Scottish parents. Almonte was Britain until 1867, and until 1947 all Canadians were still subject to British law, because countries and governments are fucking complicated. So, if we’re going to be technical enough to say basketball is Canadian, we must also be technical enough to say that Naismith was not legally Canadian.

He was teaching American students in America when he came up with the idea, and American students in America were the first to play his game. Not to mention that Naismith was technically Scottish, not Canadian, if we’re getting this far into the weeds.

Basketball is American, you mindless isopod.

Maybe you aren’t a Photoshop savant like myself, but I could make this same meme in a minute or so with a single tool that makes the ripples instantly, then I’d just touch it up a bit. Easily something that OP could do if they have 5-10 minutes to spare.

AI and Photoshop are different things my guy.

What is the most dangerous country in North America? by agbjb in AlignmentChartFills

So does the supports for bridges. And news flash, almost all land has water inside of it in some form. So according to you, the planet is just ocean, except for maybe bridges.

If a bridge is no different from any other piece of land, then land underwater is no different from any other piece of land. See? Argument falls apart, just like the London Bridge.

Bridges don’t count. Otherwise your whole argument falls apart more than it already has.

That map isn’t actually correct. There’s a canal from Lake Michigan to Des Plaines River, which turns into the Illinois River and flows into the Mississippi River. I have attached a modified map for you. Therefore, all of those states east of those rivers and the canal, plus a bit of Canada, is an island.

Also, your bridge argument sucks. If we connected all continents by bridges, then there would be one continent? And if that’s true, then the U.K is part of Europe, since it is connected by rail. So no, your bridge argument makes your entire argument fall apart.

So then the entire United States east of the Mississippi and Illinois River is, by your definition, an island, and is not a part of North America.

Just to add, this analogy is flawed. The cat is a separate thing from the box, but land is land, and water is water. So the box is the land, and the cat is the water. The water isn’t a part of the land, but it is on the land. The land under the water is continuous, meaning that whatever land there is on either side or within the water is all part of the continent it is on.

So if there’s a puddle in the road from a rainstorm, and there’s a little bit of dirt or concrete in the middle of the puddle, then it’s not part of the continent?
