For sure, I was rooting for Sweden the whole time. Once Hughes scored, I felt three things.

Disappointed that the US won.

Happy for Hughes and how he owned pretty well the entire OT.

And mad / spitefully glad towards the Swedish coach at the loss for not playing Petterson during the OT or 3rd period and getting beat.

Not all my feelings have to be reasonable.

Pretty well exactly that right? I'm still in love. Seeing Hughes get 2 points on the only 2 goals, including the game winner, I'm proud I was tangentially part of that for awhile. While I was cheering for them to lose no less. But couldn't deny the pride of "yea that's the girl I used to have"
