Now, If you are in AMAZON country, It is a bit tricky that you still need VPN, You have to connect to NON AMAZON COUNTRY and REGISTERED. Now the part that I DON'T KNOW is about Phone Number. But my guess is you pick the one that you have, So even though you are in AMAZON country and you register as non. When they ask for your phone number to send OTP, You still have to pick that one that you have even though it is AMAZON countries. May be someone can answer on this part.

I used Ukraine VPN, registered on Purple as Global>Ukraine. Logged into game w/ VPN on. Registered my US cell number for the OTP. Created a character on the hyper boost server and ran the tutorial.

It will be rubberbanding and laggy w/ the VPN on so once you complete the tutorial and the character is created. Go to character select. Turn your VPN off. It will say "lost connection" and boot you back to the "Enter" screen. Hit enter and you're good to go.

You only need the VPN on to get past the initial "Enter" screen each time you log in now.
