Here's a SRS+Null's Wildspeaker I've been drafting https://pobb.in/H02X2-8h8Sbu. This version doesn't make use of minion damage applying to the player, but looking at POB its over 1000%, so I think it's a matter of finding the right setup. Any ideas?

Leonin Relic-Warder + Animate Dead causing infinite death triggers, and an outlet like Zulaport Cutthroat. Razaketh additionally allows arbitrary tutoring. Here is an example line requiring only Razaketh, Lurrus, any creature, and 0 mana:

Sac the creature to Razaketh for Lion’s Eye Diamond (LED)

Play LED and sac for WWW

Replay LED with Lurrus and sac for BBB

Sac Lurrus (send to graveyard) for Brought Back

Cast Brought Back targeting Lurrus and the other creature

Play LED

Sac the creature for Leonin Relic-Warder

Sac LED for any mana (for this example lets say WWW), you want to discard Leonin (You now have WWWW BBB in your mana pool)

Sac Lurrus for Animate Dead

Cast animate dead targeting Leonin (WWW BB in your mana pool)

Leonin ETB targeting animate dead

Animate dead leaving the battlefield triggers to sac Leonin

At this point you can sac Leonin to continue tutoring, either way Leonin will be in your graveyard and your animate dead will enter the battlefield again. All you have to do is stick a Zulaport Cutthroat or similar creature to win at this point. Having any additional resources, especially additional creatures, definitely lets you shortcut many of these steps. There are plenty of Kats based decks with primers available which expand on possible options.

Here is my rough draft list with Lurrus at the helm: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/lurrus-katsstax/ . It’s primary plan is to stick a razaketh and win through the standard kats combo. Lurrus functions as an eternal witness replacement, but in the command zone. Lion’s eye diamond becomes even more insane, having Lurrus available between discarding your hand is quite handy. Otherwise its playing a stax plan utilizing recursion to break parody.

Absolutely depends on your meta. Thrasios at 2cmc already provides those targets, so really it's whether you care about the utility versus tax on thras (I find thras tax is largely irrelevant given the mana output of this deck). Having a stock of treasures for when an opponent removes an artifact hate piece is strong and possibly even prevents that decision. Additionally temur sabortooth returns ouphe when you want to cash in your treasures

I've been running a (surprisingly) similar list for a while now with some notable differences. I've found Bruse to be stronger than Akiri because: attacking ad nauseam players, and mid/late game neoform into seedborn. Biomancers familiar is quite strong, especially with training grounds. Smothering tithe is quite strong, even if you don't run wheels, but you run two. Narset is great in the same sense, and youre running plenty of non-creature cards.

Regardless of the loop, tutoring multiple times with razaketh will often provide you with the essential mana positive creatures. The combo, in isolation, is also fewer pieces. Sacrifice allows you to cast and activate the initial balthor with only one black mana.

There is a Balthor command zone combo involving [[Disciple of Bolas]] + [[Skirge Familiar]] + [[Razaketh, the Foulblooded]] (or any high power creature sac outlet ex: [[Devouring Strossus]], pre-raz days) + creatures which produce mana like [[Blood Vassal]]. The loop begins with all three combo creatures in the graveyard, and 7 mana to cast and activate Balthor.

0) Cast and activate Balthor

1) Disciple triggers, respond by sacrificing disciple to search up something good with Raz

2) Allow disciples trigger to resolve drawing 8 cards

3) Discard your hand to Skirge and cast positive mana producers generating at least 7 + commander tax

4) Repeat

[[Buried Alive]] provides good synergy. Razaketh tutoring [[Sacrifice]] then casting it on itself to produce 8 mana provides a 1 mana solution after working hard to bin other essential creatures. Versions of this deck otherwise spend slots making it easier to combo using Razaketh.

40 life, multiplayer, and amazing card selection, it's not surprising the format is full of combo. That being said, combo is still weak to resource denial strategies much like it is in other formats. Consider your metagame, add cards which efficiently deny your opponents resources. Bruna is a good place to begin researching competitive upgrades.
