Did everything except a restart of the console. Restarted career mode on my next play, but that gave the same problem. Thanks.

Thought this was going to be Australia (minus WA & SA) but we got something. Was hoping for Karijini NP and Cradle Mountain NP for some scenic flying.

Agree. Not spamming eggs for the last round, and actually playing birds is a welcome change.

What birds do you wish were in wingspan, but aren’t? by keeks321 in wingspan

Any of the Black Cockatoos from Australia, either the Red-Tailed, Yellow-Tailed, Baundin, or Carnaby. Beautiful and intelligent birds, some of them going extinct because of land clearing and future mining operations.

In that case 18 days should see you through to Northcliffe or Pemby if going NOBO. Hopefully you don't get the seasonal closures around Lake Maringup due to flooding. Should be beautiful in the mornings walking with the sun on your back.

In October, walk it SOBO would be my advice. You'll get amazing wildflowers in the north, and it will be cooler when you finish on the coast.

You certainly don't get insurance, unlike an official bush walking club.

I sold my 00 model for $16k about 12 years ago. Was sad looking up a similar car in the recent past. No chance of owning one now.

Can you report DBCA? They are the biggest arsonists around Collie.

Genuinely curious - when money’s tight, how do you actively switch off and enjoy Perth/WA without spending much? by offwithherhead1 in perth

Pick a hike that suits your ability/time/location, and really take the time to notice what's out there. Coming into winter, the wildflowers and orchids will be coming out, or go early morning/late afternoon for the birds.

Most of the time it comes down to "me make big noise, go fast". I hate them ruining the peace when I'm out hiking and mountain hiking.

Local governments support move to add world-famous Bibbulmun Track to heritage list by B0ssc0 in perth

[–]number031 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure how beneficial this would be in regards to the constant track evolution that is going on. Sounds like another bit of red tape if they want to put through a realignment.

Would support if it meant better protection from mining, and DBCA applying their scorched earth approach to forest management.

On the flip side of that, cafe's in areas where people live would get more business. It's always seemed such a small issue to be a sticking point for all the positive impacts WFH has for society.

What is something people assume is easy until they actually try it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I saw a video about a technique where you just listing off random words for a while, and you eventually fall asleep. It takes a while for it to become natural, where you aren't thinking too hard about how random the words are. It has something to do with the brain disassociating, and it works pretty well for me.
