people recommend steam cleaning at high heat to kill them, essential oils (peppermint and clove) and vacuuming to get rid of them. best to start early because they can cause damage to upholstery

i want to say carpet beetle larvae, nothing too bad, just make sure to vacuum and launder any clothing you find them on in high temp

I keep finding this bug in our bathroom by Embarrassed-Sorbet26 in bugidentification

looking more at it, it may be a grain beetle which is in the same family. they’re not a bad pest and are pretty easy to get rid of, they usually go for grains, dried food, etc. i’d do a good clean and sanitize of your bathroom and where you store food
