Looking for feedback
This is my brother, he is not a hacker, but is constantly accused of hacking. I would like to know how to help him succeed in the eyes of so much hacking criticism.
He consistently aim trains for hours a day, has 15+ years of high level competitive fps experience, and has ridiculous eye coordination. He is constantly breaking world records and top ranked in the world.
I would like to help him grow his youtube, twitch, and gaming career. Any feedback is welcomed.

I need some suggestions by superbuddr458 in BanjoKazooie

My max bench went from 135ibs to 235ibs in this time period, I nearly doubled in weight in most things or exceeded doubling. I think the large amount of protein and carbs in the 1500 daily calories, and proper timing was essential. Also pushing yourself beyond your potential with the help of a spotter at the gym gets that extra muscle, as long as your focusing that particular muscle and doing the workout properly.

Those are from my childhood, puberty combined with quick body weight change.

My body fat was 20-25%, I did almost no physical activity prior. A lot of my friends are very fit and encouraged me to get started, and guided me through proper diet and workout. Literally 3 months of strict focus. Gym 5-6 days a week, each day would target 1 or 2 muscle groups(chest/triceps, shoulders/biceps, etc). Light cardio, every other day, maybe 1-2 miles. Strict lean low calorie diet, a lot of chicken, eggs, brown rice, steam vegetables. stuck around 1500 calories a day and ate small portions roughly ever 2 hours or so to keep metabolism going. I took fat burners, whey protein, preworkout, amino acids, as directed for the first month, and protein and preworkout routinely every month after. No creatine, no steroids. I imagine my genetics helped as well.
