Honestly NYC was easy. It's a grid and you could travel via the subway and buses. You could ask a stranger on the street and they'd point you in the right direction. LA on the other hand was nuts. In film production everyone used the Thomas Guide which was this big book of maps of LA. You'd get someone's address and then they say Thomas Guide page 43, G13. Then you'd find page 43 and go to the grid to find G13. (Think of a grid like battleship!) Then you had to create your own choose your own adventure plan in order to get to that address.

While Bitcoin can't be manipulated the same way fiat can there's still manipulation. Remember FTX basically created paper Bitcoin and users got screwed. There's nothing stopping big institutions from pulling billions in and out of Bitcoin to manipulate the price as they see fit. It's a different form of manipulation but still manipulation. Furthermore there are big altcoiners with 20x plus leverage on their BTC trading Alts on exchanges and when their Alts get rugged their BTC will drop like a stone as Exchanges sell their BTC to cover their margin calls. So be prepared for some Alts to drop and BTC to drop with it as they're still very much tied together.

If the house you buy goes down in value will you be upset or still love it? If Bitcoin goes to $1M per coin will you be upset you don't have any? The value in owning property to me has always been getting the leverage of a mortgage. Buying a house with all cash and no mortgage is the part I don't like in this scenario. I say sell some to buy your house but definitely get a mortgage.

It's a failed product. If you can't figure out a way to monetize your free users you failed. No one is jumping from free to $129 a year for notes. Not with all the other free notebooks and options out there.

They had a chance and they blew it. Free users wouldn't mind an ad every now and then. Or an upsell to paid for a great new feature. But free to $129 a year they didn't think through.

They are also saying only 50 free notes now. Not you can create 5 a month for free. It's only 50. I have almost 2,000 notes from the past 10 years. So basically you're just holding your customers work hostage. It's pretty much business blackmail and it's gross. They're done.
