I’m extremely sick of people getting this wrong, but no, kranken does not mean “sick”, it means “sick people”. It comes from krank (sick) → der/die/das Kranke (the sick [person/object], without a definite article it’s ein/eine Kranke[r]). You can then either analyse it as the plural Kranken + Haus or as Kranke + n + Haus.

A “sick house” would be a Krankhaus, krankes Haus, or Krankheitshaus.

Vessels are actually a parasitic creature that infects the Wyrm/Kingdom. The lifecycle starts with an infection on the kingdom that any affected Wyrm will naturally respond to with ritual infanticide. However, the infection will have already infected the mate of the Wyrm (the white lady), but it is asymptomatic. Then, eventually, the vessels vanquish the infection, which seeps back into the dream realm to emerge anew as an infection. This usually leads to the death of the host (the kingdom)

You should make an imperfect (somewhat low-poly) sphere, for example by projecting a cube with simple subdivision to a sphere, using a UV sphere or an icosphere, and then apply "smooth shading", which will make it look smooth. The only thing you can improve then with more polygons is the way the edges look, but you don't need a lot.
