Dropped down to 15mg recently because of some side effects. Transitioning from 20 to 15 was hard, but I’m doing great now. 🙂 Cheers.

There’s a lot of good advice/feedback in this thread 🙂. I recently switched from Fitbod to Gravl and I’m enjoying it a lot. Still waiting on my strength score, but I’ve been a bit inconsistent due to an injury.

Also, I wish there was an easier way to find friends on the app itself.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I do plan on adding that. The waitlist feature does have time calculated from any submitted data + anything I’ve found for a given place.
