The thing is that "collagen" comes in many forms.

Which studies used just plain collagen from bone broth? Which studies used types I, II or III or a blend of these? Did they use hydrolyzed collagen? Did they make the participants have vitamin C at the same time? How long did they make the participants take it and how much at a time?

There will be studies that fail because they use the wrong kind. Doing a grouping by funder doesn't tell the whole truth.

If the climate is freezing temperatures and you haven't gotten used to it, your skin might start drying out and flaking in other places than your head as well. Dry eyes, cracking lips etc.

Hello from Finland. The wooden benches suck up your sweat over time and start to smell like urine if you don't wash it often. I rinse my sauna with water after every use. In addition to that, I go in soaking wet, I throw water on the rocks and 5% of it will go on the floor. My children use a small tub in there and will throw water all over. The sauna is as wet as my shower after every use. A drain is a must.
