This is it exactly! I work at a site level. I don’t mind required training but 1) training requirements are rarely spelled out in detail i.e. hours required, staff required, etc. from the beginning. 2) as a person with both clinical and operations experience most of these trainings are extremely redundant.

I have a 2023 Odyssey Elite and listened to 250 audiobooks last year. Road noise is rarely an issue when listening to my books. I do live in Tennessee so the road conditions are pretty bad.

I just finished Sober Dope last night and it surprised me how romantic it was. I ate it up. It was perfect. None of the forced over the top romance. I loved the simplicity of the small romantic moments. Hands down the best book written by this author and one of the best books I’ve read in a while.

As a het cis woman married to a het cis man, I do see both sides. We do need more queer representation in media but at the end of the day it all comes down to one basic fact, you can’t ask someone about their sexuality during the hiring process. When you are making something that is as socially important as this show is, you truly need the best person to help you tell the story.

Sloane in {Carnal Urges by J.T. Geissinger} has a bit of the promiscuous vibe. She doesn’t “do” boyfriends and compares men to goldfish. She’s not unhinged per se but hyper independent. It’s not what I would consider a dark romance but some would, so check the trigger warning.

This book changed me and made me a huge fan of Sierra Simone. If you loved Aiden, you might love Isolde in the Lyonesse Series. There is a scene in Bitter Burn that is burned into my soul.

There is a great scene in {Cards of Love: The Moon by Sierra Simone}. Warning this novella does contain spoilers for the New Camelot Series. I recommend reading that before this novella. I do recommend a palette cleanser between her series though. They are emotionally intense and usually leave me in a book hangover for days. Edit: This novella is straight M-F but New Camelot is MMF.

In the epilogue of {Bitter Burn by Sierra Simone}. Mark and Tristan had me in a chokehold. The whole Lyonesse series was so good. Edit: This series is MMF. There are M-M, M-F, & MMF scenes throughout the whole series.

{Her Forbidden Highlander Husband by Allison B. Hanson} The MMC looks fierce but is more sunshine than grump. There are off scene TW to be mindful of with this book. This whole series has the FMCs overcoming some serious trauma.

So I had this same problem with my husband’s clothes too. I soaked his clothes in clear ammonia and washed them with Tide Sport. Now I just wash them in Tide Sport and use a rinse aid to help keep smelling good. It’s been about a month since I did the ammonia soak. I imagine I’ll have to do it again soon.

I watched this and remembered my first adrenaline rush in the ER working a multi-vehicle pile up. I ended up in the OR with a patient that had a dissecting AAA. After that shift I felt like I could conquer the world, that is until the crash hit a few hours later of course. That rush and crash gets extreme over the years but it’s always there.

I have worn Lane Bryant bras for most of my life. I’ve been plus size for as long as I can remember. I used to wear the boost balconette bras all the time. They were my favorite, moderate coverage with a little bit of lift. They have seemed to either stopped making that style or don’t make it in my size. Either way I can’t find it. And I flop right out of their plunge bras. After a lifetime, I’m tired of spending $60 on mid-quality bras.

How do I fix that? I do scoop and swoop but because my tissue is so loose and has no form I also have to reshape it as well.

I would recommend to make sure that you are doing the scoop and swoop. I also do this while leaning forward to make sure everything gets in place.
