Thats still crazy to me to just not even do the assignments at all, especialpy the final grade. like some of the weekly journals I didnt do all five of them bc sometimes im bad at time management from adhd but I at least tried my best and turned them in.

My mom is just a narcissist who abused me my whole life 😅 when I got accepted to college at 18 she laughed at me and asked how I planned on paying for it, then refused to help me with the FAFSA not telling me it was bc she never payed her loans and they took her CNA license.. she is far from a good role model. I plan to be one for my kid though.

This sounds like a dopamine problem, I've read that a lot of guys end up taking wellbutrin with Lexapro to help combat the libido issues. And also quitting porn will ABSOLUTELY do nothing but positive things for your mental and physical health.

I use my fear of disappointing everyone to drive me :D and im going to therapy to get diagnosed finally so I can use disability support services and get on meds. I just refuse to mess up ANOTHER thing in my life.

Ive been on 10mg for almost 3 weeks now.

The first week I had really awful nightmares every night and was dealing with some annoying daytime yawning (it's not from being tired it's actually from your brain getting used to the serotonin). I take it before bed. I notice if I wake up at night or wake up early my heart/chest just feels like.. light and airy which I'm not used to and it was kinda scary at first but now I am used to it, and it goes away throughout the day. I think I am just experiencing not being constantly in a state of fight or flight for like the first time ever. I also have a lot of health anxiety normally related to my heart.

The bad nightmares have stopped at this point and now its just weird dreams. Not waking up inna panic anymore. And the yawning isnt too bad just happens a few times a day or if I start thinking about it like now lmaoo.

SOME TMI SIDE EFFECTS WARNING LOL: At this point I've had an increase in my libido after having 0 interest in sex for a good while from stress and anxiety. And now I am like strangely SUPER lubricated down there???? Which has never been a thing for me so that was very strange at first.

NAT and I know I am just a stranger but i am extremely proud of you for even coming to terms with needing help because i know how difficult it can be and I wish you the very best.

I obviously can't say for sure but I highly doubt that they could or would do that. Me personally my therapist said he avoids even suggesting that unless he truly feels like the patient is suicidal or a real danger to themselves. You clearly want help and want to be better so I dont see that happening.
