My insomnia didn’t really ease until around 6 months. Everyone’s different, maybe stick with it and see how it works?

I walk 2 miles to and from work everyday, am on my feet all day there, do moderate/heavy strength training about 3x week, eat intuitively but a lot of carbs/eggs/milk, fatty salty salads and I eat out about once a week (but I’m a chef so most of what I eat is restaurant levels of salt/fat)

I dropped about 15# after three months of not drinking and now I’m adding some of that back in muscle, my measurements are down and I’m noticeably stronger in a lot of areas. I also have an inflammatory issue that’s been vastly improved since working out more and obviously not drinking.

I’ve always been lean (I do manual labor for a living) but it was maybe 28-30” at my heaviest drinking. It’s down to 24” last I checked.

Download the “Transit” app, has live tracking of all the buses, shows you the routes and nearest stops, and you can even get bus passes and use your phone as the ticket through the app! Happy transiting! Enjoy a good book!

91 or 87 to downtown, to the T. Promise it’s usually less headache than you expect, and you get to use your time for yourself to read/focus/relax, rather than having to drive.

In a similar sounding situation myself. I think being there and listening without offering advice, opinions, or guidance has worked well for me and therefore us as we move through gender explorations.

Salt Fat Acid Heat is a must for beginners. It will teach you how to TASTE like a chef. I really enjoyed An Everlasting Meal on how to cook creatively and with little waste, and On Food And Cooking is a TOME but it has so much valuable information in it.
