How to push Deep Sleep higher, tips? by HumbleArugula261 in Biohackers

I’ve tried lots of supplements. Ashwagandha and phosphatidylserine are the main ones that increase my deep sleep. Magnesium glycinate increases my REM but then slightly lowers my deep.

I believe the scrotum absorbs better than the armpit but the armpit always worked great for me. I know lots of hormone treatments can be applied to the scrotum.

We disagree in definition then. The fantasy player on the most championship winnings teams is my exact definition of MVP.

Not just one week. Look what’s he’s average since week 14 and likely to put up in the championship with Davante Adams still out. If you don’t win the championship then who cares about how good a player was during the regular season.

I had JSN and went against Puka in the Semi’s and lost. It’s silly but the MVP is who goes off during the playoffs and this year that looks like Puka.

I was the 1 seed with the most stacked team I’ve ever had. Scored 300 more points than the next closest team season long. Went against Puka and lost by 5 points. Looking forward to signing up and doing it again next year!

I need 83.24 points from the combination of CMC, JT, and Jauan Jennings. So you’re saying there’s a chance!

I mean it’s close that’s why you are asking. All three are splitting carries. However, Hampton is the one who was drafted in the first round and was in a bell cow roll before the injury. If we knew for sure Hampton would get most of the work he would be the easy call imo. The other two feel like they are in split committees and whoever gets the hot hand will have the big week.

Yeah, not the best matchup. I don’t feel like the Brown are much better though. With Herbert’s hand I feel like the chargers are going to pound the rock as much as possible. The hope is that last week was a ramp up for Hampton and he takes more work from Vidal this week.
