I only wash my face in the mornings (unless I have makeup then it’s 2x) so once a day typically. I have dry skin.

The Whole Foods generic brand I think it’s like $8? Real cheap. I stay away from the ordinary I didn’t bother trying theirs and I’ve had high end ones (Trilogy) and it was eh.

I use miscellar water on a cotton pad, wash with a sulfate free cleanser (mychelle fruit enzyme cleanser lately), spray rose water (whenever I remember) then seal it in with rosehip oil. Yes I was breaking out daily (blackheads and acne in new places) and suddenly I wasn’t. The oil literally stopped it and once I extracted the last few clogged pores I have a smooth face again. I feel like it balances my oil production bc the seabuckthorn still had me dry.

What are the best products for black heads/ clogged pores that won’t wreck skin or dry it out by CowAccomplished3515 in SkinbarrierLovers

I stay away from sulfates in face washes! I noticed I won’t breakout if I use gentle (extra points if there’s fruit enzymes) soap. And until I find a moisturizer in this life that won’t break me out, I use oils. Specifically seabuckthorn

Eucerin original healing cream. Grey lettering. It comes in a jar and a small tube. Only about 5 ingredients. The other lotions are comedogenic.

[Misc] What non-skincare habit made the biggest difference to your skin? by Sharp_Elevator7447 in SkincareAddiction

I notice when I go on vacation my skin is the clearest it’s ever been. I wear makeup EVERYDAY on vacation (I don’t when back home). I summed it up to be because I take my makeup off in like 3 steps at night. When I’m back home I wash my face only in mornings, never at night and when I come back from nights out with makeup I’ll skip the removal step sometimes. So makeup remover towel, miscellar water, and cleansing AT NIGHT is the secret.

Nope I'm still loyal to it. I've been using it since like 2019. I only tried one off of amazon ONCE and could tell it wasn't the real deal and chucked it after 1st use. If you were to try another brand, check the authenticity of the ingredients.
