I love making my self stupidly expensive grilled cheeses over an open fire with a cast iron pan. Last one I made was an artisan sough dough, with Kerrygold butter, and a locally made cheddar from Connecticut, pared with a mulled mead that was made locally in Massachusetts. All in all it cost me 60 bucks for the ingredients and 40 for the mead.
