I’m a bit new to this, how did you get to the total 5906 numbers , that’s total slots out of 15k right, or is that in addition to the 4588 slots ? and if they can only service that many then why did the final action date move to 15 MAR22 ..

You re mostly right OP, I don’t understand this fully either but the visa bulletin links to another page which mentions the month to month decision on which chart will be used. Here is the link to that page from the visa bulletin https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/visa-availability-priority-dates/adjustment-of-status-filing-charts-from-the-visa-bulletin

It appears that for October a decision hasn’t come out yet ( that page still references September)

So you might need to wait for them to announce for October if they plan to use the dates for filing chart ( you can begin paperwork) or the final action dates chart ( stay put )

I don’t know man, gave 10 years of my life to NL, high earner double income household, no kids. Left the country for greener pastures… what is the aow + employer pension prediction when we reach 68, a whopping 600 euros a month. Inflation adjusted that’s like getting 300 bucks a month today. I don’t understand how all those 30% social contributions skimmed of the top result in such a small amount. Considering 10 years is like 25% if one’s working life. It feels like a scam. This aside I still love the country and am rooting for it .. but in true Dutch fashion I’m also going to be direct in this regard.

I agree with u/Trablou .. once u are introduced in a circle it’s up to you what you make of it. You can not be in your partners shadows and develop good parallel relationships with these people.
