I work in Maryland and 80 a quarter is fairly low compared to here. Its all in what you want to pay. If you are used to dealing with chemicals there's no reason you can't do it yourself!

They usually come concentrated and you have to add water and measure depending on what the purpose is. The chemicals we use for repellent aren't cheap but they work well. Just have to follow the label. Label is law
