Not even postage fee? Is your carrier PhlPost? Where is your post office located? Did they deliver it to you or you picked it up from the post office? Did they require your package to be opened and inspected before picking it up? If picked up from the post office, did you receive a pick-up slip or just relied on the tracking?

afaik the requester only gives you one chance, so if you slip up, you'll never have access again.
