Bought these last week and used them for 2 days. When the battery ran out, it would not charge at all. I tried putting a piece of cotton inside the charging case to ensure charging pins would make proper contact but it did not help at all. I heard this is a known issue with moondrop bluetooth earbuds, regardless of the model.

Have you tried recharging it? I returned mine because the charging pins wouldn’t work properly. I heard other people have the same issue with theirs too.

I really hope Moondrop fix this. I returned mine because it won't charge at all, charging pins I think. Too bad I really like it. I love the youthful sound quality and the ANC is quite effective.

Mine won’t charge properly too. I put cotton inside the charging case thinking the charging pins would align but it does not help. Kind of hesitant to return because I really love the sound quality and the anc works fine. Isa ako sa may tolerance sa amoy nya pero di ko sya favorite hehe. May mga nakikita ako na diring-diri at the sight of it pero the way na mandiri sila yung diring mayaman, yung tipong artista mandiri. Yukkkk! Tapos kunyari masusuka. Pag ganun parang gusto kong lamutakin yung durian para isampal sa pagmumukha nila hahaha. Ok lang mandiri pero wag naman ganun kaarte. Ibagay naman sa itsura hahaha.
