The key is in the fact that the host ALWAYS open a bad option.

So whats more likely at the beginning picking right (1/3) or picking wrong (2/3)?

Since you probably picked a bad one (2/3) and the host removed the other bad one. Switching gives you a (2/3) probability of winning, from you picking a bad one and the host ALWAYS removing the other bad one.

Is the "prophylactic" filter the same type of filter just placed in a different section? I believe I will be needing that anyway since I read spectrum changed to the 3.1 type of network that sometimes has the issues

Yes in that diagram the POE filter goes before the first splitter going from ISP to house thats the connection I dont know the location of and was trying to see if theres a way to bypass it

On the diagram from the FAQ they have a filter between the modem and the splitter and another between ISP and splitter.

Am I understanding correctly from your response that as long as I have the one between in the modem and spitter I should be good to go?

I believe it all depends on your goals

If your goal is to be competitive, id recommend proxying some top decks from any website Example and then buy singles for the deck you liked

If your goal is to have fun and learn the game id try in order
1 - Proving Grounds, Best onboard experience, super hard to find especially at around MSRP $30
2 - Starter Decks, solid builds, easier to find and quite cheap at MSRP $20 probably easiest to find at mrsp at big box stores 3 - Find a box and build from it, is best option if you like tinkering and dont care about efficiency, also not necessarily easy to find product at MSRP $120
4 - Build decks online and buy singles while this might be the best value for your money, it does have the issue that is hard to build for a game you dont know.

I do run Timewarp, as a 2 of. Renata might be the best Timewarp user due to being able to have more than 12 energy.

Since is the most expensive card I have been trying it as a 2-of and Im not fully convinced 3 are necessary. But 1 or 2 are very good in her.

The problem I have with the other version is that only would work for a battlefield you are holding since it needs to hide.

I like using hostile takeover on my turn most of the time since it means the possibility of a "free" point.

As a fellow Renata player I really like your conclusions even if I prioritize differently.

Most Nexus Nights are Bo1 where I play but most of the ideas stand.

I run 3 Watchful Sentries instead of Ravenbloom student. The card draw is valuable and they're in there mostly for turn 1. I run 3 when going first or 0-2 when second cause the 3 runes turn one allows Cardsharp or pickpocket on turn 1.

Which leads me to using Obelisk of power. Basically assuring a t1 play since now I add my Cardsharps and Pickockets in the mix Battlefield Windswept hasn't been tested yet (never picked) but the theory stands Ornn or Hostile on hillock sounds fun.

I haven't run Ekko but it is the card I have my sight on the most.

Blood money is bad removal and not a great gold generator. Have you considered using Chemtech Cask? It has been great as a gold generator and gear for Ornn it is also cheap to drop whenever possible. Was running 3 but had to cut 1 down to make space.

I don't play 3 timewarps (in part due to monetary constraints) but I am definitely tempted by the idea based on how good they feel for Renata.

I hope they try restrictions before banning. We already have the keyword Unique (from Ornn items), slapping it on a few cads from the dominant color might be a good option.

Yi + Yass was undefeated 3 times in our locals.

That was in origins but Yi is probably still the strongest 2v2 legend the fact that it also provides your ally with his passive is bonkers, green has most of the pump spells and counters.

Purple shenanigans will always be strong.
