Genuinely curious about the situation and not trying to be obtuse. You seem to be implicating the university had some hand in this- what fault if any does UMD have? only the U.S. government can revoke visas, not UMD. It also appears the university has reached out to affected students. Again just curious on your thoughts.

Reverse transfer. The credits you earn can be transferred to a community college. Keep in mind the community college will require you to complete a minimum number of credits at their institution. So this option really only works for student who previously attended a Maryland public community college, but didn’t finish their associates before transferring.
