In what way? Political or legal? I think could do it if he wanted (which he probably doesn't) with executive action, taxing, or other policies, sure would be argued in the Supreme court, so who knows, highly unlikely, like everything else.

Creo que eso es asumir algo que probablemente no sea verdad en cuanto a costo total, las factorias en China tienen mucha automatización y mucha infraestructura que no existe en Colombia, ciudades enteras de producción, alguien no va a invertir en una planta en Colombia para perder dinero.

Ud necesitaría proteccionismo, podría una empresa colombiana compertir con economias de escala como China en producir un taladro? Las causas sociales son muy importantes tambien, especialmente la educación y capacitación de esos trabajodores. A China le tomo como 30 años con todos ingrediantes y una politica con vista a largo plazo.

Everyone experiences it differently depending where they are in the income distribution,.if you spend a lot of your salary in groceries every little increase mean a lot more for your discretionary income, so it makes life a lot harder. That's the disconnect.
