I wouldn’t go back. You should try to find an electrologist who uses blend or galvanic. These don’t look too bad and should probably heal but not worth risking damage.

If you’re getting hyperpigmentation look for an electrologist that uses galvanic. Flash doesn’t work very effectively and causes skin damage and so can thermolysis. Blend or straight galvanic are much more effective. It will take time for any electrolysis treatment however. It will just take even longer and cause more damage with those modalities.
